Service Crew (Norseman)

Norseman Region (OK, Scotia & Bullen) | Redpath Mining

Redpath Mining is seeking hardworking Service Crew Operators to support underground services at our Norseman sites. This role offers a 7/7 or 14/7 FIFO roster and the chance to develop your underground mining skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain underground services including vent bags, water & air lines, pumps and grout lines
• Assist with bolting, meshing and construction activities
• Safely operate underground vehicles and equipment
• Conduct workplace inspections (Take 5’s / JSAs)
• Complete pre-starts and maintain accurate safety documentation
• Maintain tidy work areas and support production as required
• Report hazards, incidents and equipment issues immediately
• Uphold Redpath’s “Safety – First, Last and Always” values

What You’ll Bring

• Previous underground or service crew experience (preferred)
• Manual driver’s licence
• First Aid & CPR (or ability to obtain)
• Good level of fitness and willingness to perform manual work
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times
